Open Identity for Open Government Initiative.  Worked with the US GSA to enable the use of industry provided portable identities based on open standards such as IMI Information Cards and Open ID at government websites.   Video of the announcement at Gov 2.0

Higgins An open source identity framework that enables users and applications to integrate identity, profile and relationship information across multiple data sources and protocols.

ELICIT The Experimental Laboratory for Investigating Collaboration, Information-Sharing and Trust, a multi-user software game used by an international group of organizations to research best practices for information sharing, collaboration and organizational agility.
